AI Mizu is a platform that provides access to multiple AI models for conversations, comparisons, and various AI-powered tasks. We offer a pay-as-you-go billing system based on actual usage.

User Accounts

  • You must provide accurate and complete information when creating an account
  • You are responsible for maintaining the security of your account
  • You must be at least 13 years old to use our service
  • One person may not create multiple accounts

Acceptable Use

You agree not to use the service to:

  • Generate harmful, illegal, or inappropriate content
  • Attempt to reverse engineer or exploit our AI models
  • Share or distribute content that violates intellectual property rights
  • Use the service for unauthorized commercial purposes
  • Attempt to circumvent usage limits or billing systems
  • Harass, abuse, or harm others through the platform

Billing and Payments

  • Credits are purchased in advance and consumed based on AI model usage
  • All payments are processed securely through Stripe
  • Refunds may be provided at our discretion for unused credits
  • Prices may change with reasonable notice
  • You are responsible for all charges incurred under your account

Content and Intellectual Property

  • You retain ownership of content you create using our service
  • AI-generated responses are not copyrightable but may be used freely
  • You grant us limited rights to process and improve our service
  • We respect the intellectual property rights of others

Privacy and Data

Service Availability

  • We strive for high availability but cannot guarantee 100% uptime
  • We may temporarily suspend service for maintenance
  • AI model availability depends on third-party providers

AI Mizu is provided "as is" without warranties. We are not liable for any damages arising from your use of the service, including but not limited to direct, indirect, incidental, or consequential damages.

Termination

Governing Law

These terms are governed by the laws of the jurisdiction where AI Mizu is operated. Any disputes will be resolved through binding arbitration.
